Vision

FOG Matter provides internal and external grease trap servicing across the Garden Route, in accordance with waste-water By-Law, Chapter 1, Section 3: Protection of Municipal Sewers. We strive to educate the Hospitality Industry to remove and dispose of FOG (fat, oil and grease) in the correct manner by disposing and treating the waste for recycling purposes and divert it from landfill.

We supply any size Stainless Steel Grease/Fat Traps for underground and above ground usage.
Floor drains and channels for any industrial or commercial sites. Oil Traps range for any wash bay area.

Installations

We offers on-site auditing which entails full site inspections, recommendations and full installations of all above ground & underground Grease/Fat traps, Floor drains & Channels including Oil Traps.

Grease/Fat Trap Cleaning

Our monthly Grease/Fat Trap cleaning services ensure the safe removal and disposal of FOGs (Fats, Oils, and Grease). We also provide high-pressure jet cleaning of the inlet and outlet waste pipes. Our fleet includes mobile units designed to effectively service internal Grease/Fat Traps and floor waste drains. With our honeysucker trucks, we can handle any size of underground Grease/Fat Traps. As an approved service supplier and waste removal company, we provide Wall Certification for all our services.

F.O.G Barrel Collection

Our Fat, Oil and Grease Barrel Collection Program will ensure your organic waste will be removed regularly by your staff. The sealed barrel will be collected and removed with every deep clean schedule. We offer a daily maintenance programme, training the staff and reminding them of the regular organic waste removal.
